Core Eligibility Requirements

Employment

Must be employed in Canada with valid authorization at the time of application.

Experience

At least 1 year of full-time work experience (1,560 hours) within the 3 years before applying.

Location & Status

Reside in Canada with valid status and be physically present. Must intend to reside outside Quebec.

Language

Language test results (English or French) must be less than 2 years old when you apply.
