Ottawa, March 8, 2024 – Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is embarking on a survey aimed at caregivers who have participated in the Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker Pilots.
About the Survey
The purpose of this survey is to delve into the perspectives and experiences of individuals who have served or are currently serving as caregivers in Canada under the Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker Pilots. IRCC seeks to gain insights into what aspects of the program are functioning effectively and how future caregiver initiatives can be enhanced.
Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary and confidential. The information gathered will be utilized solely to improve IRCC’s programs and services. Responses provided will have no bearing on past, present, or future applications or statuses with IRCC.

- Survey Duration: March 8 to March 22, 2024.
- Survey Length: Approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
- Languages Available: English and French.
